FvF Mixtape #23

Our new Mixtape #23 comes from Frankfurt-born and Berlin-based DJ and friend Leopold, aka. LPLD. If you have been dancing on a regular night at Picknick (where he often plays alongside Lorenz and Flo as About Time) or attended one of the many art openings in Mitte, you might have already stumbled upon the friendly 6’5 gentleman – Soto is his Kiez. Graduating in the field of Cultural Studies, Leo is a constant source of information when it comes to reviewing the latest exhibitions in town, a new WoodWood collection or a summer night’s open air. Since you can trust his taste in pretty much every field, we asked him to compile a mellow summer mix for our collection. Enjoy this smooth ride with D’Angelo, Herbie Hancock, Mobb Deep and Aphex Twin.

And since we are not the only ones asking for music, Leo started a little blog where he constantly showcases his latest discoveries and old gems.
