We sat down with photographer and artist Lucas Hardonk a few months ago to discuss his latest project, and he’s finally able to share the fruits of his labor.

“The concept is about how time influences memory and how that in turn affects the way we look at images,” says Lucas about his latest project. Titled You’ll have to wait till yesterday is here (inspired by lyrics to a Tom Waits song), the project explores the way that one’s life experience has on the viewing of images. Lucas used transparent films and different papers to force reinterpretation of his photos.
