Let’s take a deep breath, relax, and slow down for a minute.
Haven’t done that in a while? Well, in our contemporary world—with its high speed, many screens, and fast changes—sometimes it’s hard to concentrate on oneself. There’s nothing more to it: grab a copy, find a cozy spot, and dive into this issue. We hope it might allow you to take a deep breath and enjoy a few relaxing minutes. At the very least, it’ll give you something stimulating to read—and isn’t that a kind of wellness, too?
