G02 – Modular Loft for Ideas, Productions, and Gatherings in Kreuzberg

Located in the creative core of Berlin-Kreuzberg, G02 is a modular, design-forward loft conceived and run by Freunde von Freunden.

Designed in collaboration with architect Philipp Mainzer, the 350 sqm space merges contemporary architecture with multifunctional interiors.

As the physical counterpart to the digital platform, G02 offers an inspiring environment for forward-thinking ideas—be it cultural programming, brand activations, productions, or intimate gatherings. With flexible layouts and custom-built furniture, the space effortlessly adapts to a wide range of scenarios.

R36 – Industrial Charm Meets Culinary Warmth in a Hidden Kreuzberg Loft

Nestled in a quiet courtyard in Berlin-Kreuzberg, R36 is a striking industrial loft that brings warmth and character to any occasion.

The light-filled space features original parquet and terrazzo flooring, alongside a handcrafted open kitchen built from 120-year-old reclaimed wood.

Ideal for exclusive dinners, creative workshops, or photo and film productions, R36 offers a distinct atmosphere that blends raw charm with thoughtful design.

OPEN Space – Street-Level Gallery Space for Contemporary Culture in Berlin Mitte

Located on Linienstraße in the heart of Berlin Mitte, OPEN is a street-facing gallery and event space run by HY.AM Studios. Designed as a platform for contemporary culture, the space brings together brands, artists, and creatives through exhibitions, launches, and immersive brand experiences.

With 120 sqm of fully customizable space, three-meter ceilings, and expansive retail windows, OPEN offers high visibility and flexibility for a wide range of formats—from product launches and exhibitions to editorial productions and community events.

The space features modular lighting, a Sonos sound system, AV equipment, and custom shelving designed by local set designers, alongside a small kitchen, storage area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. With front and back entrances and constant foot traffic on Linienstraße, OPEN provides a dynamic setting for brands and cultural initiatives to connect directly with Berlin’s creative scene.
